Unless stated otherwise, the majority of the prints are made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Since I want to provide you with the best work, prints are made professionally, which might take a couple of days after order has been placed.

Prints are made on Premium Luster, Premium Presentation Matte and Silkrock Metallic Metallic Silver, please see material description. Additional print material and sizing might be available upon request. Please contact us directly for additional sizing and materials at noir@thenoirdivision.com

Prints are a reproduction of the original photo.

Prints are packed in a bag and backing for protection.

Some prints may contain a story that will be included with the order.

Prints are hand signed.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        

●     Returns are not accepted under any circumstances for damaged goods.    

●     Customer is responsible for additional shipping cost if package is unclaimed and return due to inaccuracy in shipping address or if the parcel is returned for any reason.    

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation.

By Client. Client may cancel this Photography Agreement 5 days prior to the shoot day with the opportunity to reschedule once with no rescheduling fee. Upon cancellation, Client will be entitled to a refund of any monies paid, except for the non-refundable deposit.

By Photographer. Photographer may cancel this Agreement at any time. If Photographer cancels, it must provide a suitable, replacement Photographer, subject to Client’s approval, which shall be obtained in writing. In the alternative, Photographer shall refund all monies previously paid by Client, including the non-refundable deposit.
